We would like to give a big welcome to all the new members of vwfoxclub. Vwfoxclub is a site dedicated to owners, tuners, and lovers of the Volkswagen fox (1987-1993). We are here to assist and inform on just about every aspect of the fox. We have forums from engine to suspension. Bear with us as new forums and enhancements are made to the site. For now enjoy, and make yourself at home...........The fox now finally has one!
Thanks all, Mike

| Hmmm... Nice work on setting this up. Looks like you have attracted one of the Vortex old-timers. I'm looking forward to seeing this site grow. |

I actually made the site mike was the first one to join. He has given me alot of helpful suggestions on how to make the forums better and I thank him for that. I don't think I could have done this without someone helping me a bit.

I thoroughly enjoy this Forum and I am hopeful that we continue to thrive with new members continually joining. Perhaps some weekly posts on the "other" site by all of our current members; you know which site I am referring to, may help us to add additional members. "Word of mouth", author unkown, is usually extremely efficient. Im my view, if all of our members were to post on the "other" site then, perhaps there would be more curiousity. What do you think? |

I'm a long time fox owner (7 years, same car) but I just joined VWvortex (username: sausagemit) this week and followed one of the members signitures over here.
I was looking for an online community for this car when i first bought it but I couldn't find a decent one so I pretty much just gave up. I'm really glad to see that the online community for this particular car has grown |

| Welcome bro. We are still fairly new here, once you look around you will see who the "posters" are-lol. But we are, and hope to continue grow. Your fox looks good, mods sound good too. Sounds like you going the same direction as Iam with my fox, which im sure you have seen a lot of on these boards. Big daddy "volkswagenfoxclub" also has a lot of plans for his fox, and snow has a really clean wagon. Once again welcome and hope you enjoy. Hope to see you become part of the making of vwfoxclub |

| Greetinga all. i have an '88 fox wagon with around 250 thousand+ miles on it and most of them ive been told are on logging roads as the guy i bought her from has been a gold prospector for years and he's had her since around '90. If i can keep her running im going to restore her in a year or so. Im very impressed with how reliable and simply engineered these cars are. By the way i still have most of my low end tourque-im highly impressed. |
