My son just inherited a 1988 FOX from his uncle, the problem is that last time he tried to start it, it wouldn't start then there was a little electrical fire. Its the wire harness just left of the battery, Melted several wires together and burned vacumn lines and a few other hoses. Looks like its going to be a lot of dicing and splicing. The problem is that I took both wires off the starter and I can't tell which is which. Can some one tell me or take a picture and reply to this add? Other than that I am new to the forum and really like what I see. I am really excited to learn more about this little car. After reading alot of the post I can't wait to get started.
